Being human can be challenging, for sure. We go through so many life changes, and can feel as though our lives are unraveling and need someone to listen and hold our story in a safe place. We might also feel emotionally stuck and need to tenderly resolve or dissolve the issue to move beyond it. I am a person-centered therapist and find tremendous value in having an unconditional positive regard for you, my client, as you tell your story. I have been a licensed professional counselor for the past seven years and have helped children and adults from all walks of life move past their presenting issues to feel less burdened by life. Thank you for choosing growth!

I have been a counselor since 2012 working with couples, adults and adolescents. I have advanced training in Brainspotting, and the neuro-psychology of the brain. High strife marriages, men’s issues, and trauma work are my specialties. It is important to note, every marriage, issue and crisis is unique and requires individualized therapy. I pull from many years experience and therapeutic modalities to best suite the situation and consider therapy to be one of the direct pathways to resolution and healing. I consider it a privilege to work with those who entrust me with their concerns.
