I’m a therapist who has witnessed the transformative power of therapy, not only in my clients but also in my own life. My life’s path has given me valuable insights into the pressures we face and how important it is to care for our mental health. I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to identify challenges and explore solutions that will improve your mental wellbeing and quality of life.

About Me:

I truly love my work and enjoy connecting with people in all stages of their adult lives. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and thrive, no matter their starting point. I have a genuine desire to support you as we work together to help you make your way to a better place. I will always see the good in you and remain hopeful about that better place even when it may seem far away.

I have been married for over 20 years and am a mom of two daughters. Before my work as a therapist, I spent 25 years in the corporate world, trying to balance my career and personal life.

My Approach:

My approach is collaborative, warm, and you-centered. I respect your background and world view and believe strongly in your ability to heal. I will work with you to create goals for your healing and focus sessions on practical steps to meet those goals. During our sessions, I will support, encourage, and challenge you to think and act in different ways for different results. We’ll likely laugh a bit too!

I use evidence-based techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy. My approach is flexible and I am committed to providing tools that are practical, relevant, and empowering. If deeper healing is needed, I am skilled in EMDR and Brainspotting, techniques proven to treat the symptoms of trauma.

We are most likely to work effectively together if you are:

  • An adult committed to your mental wellbeing and motivated to work towards change, both in and out of session.

  • Undergoing life transitions - whether it’s a career shift, personal transformation, or changing relationship dynamics.

  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of trauma.
